Conditional Release
In order to benefit from conditional release, they had to serve 30 years of aggravated life imprisonment, 24 years of life imprisonment, and 2/3 of other prison sentences. With the regulation made, the rule that 2/3 of the conditional release is spent in the penitentiary institution has been reduced to half (1/2).
While they are required to spend 3/4 of them in prison for recidivists and organized crimes, it has been reduced to 2/3 with this law.
Some crimes are exempted from the 1/2 amnesty. The rate will continue to be applied as 2/3 or 3/4 in exceptional crimes.

The crime of willful killing (TCK art.81, 82, 83)
Convicts who have been sentenced to life imprisonment and aggravated life imprisonment due to the crime of aggravated injury due to its consequences (TCK art. 87/2-d)

Sexual assault crime (TCK art. 102/1) (except 102/2-3)
The crime of sexual intercourse with a minor (TCK art. 104/1)
Sexual harassment crime (TCK art. 105)
Offenses against private life and the secret sphere of life (TCK art. 132-138)
Crimes against the secrets of the state and espionage (Article 326-336 of the TCK) (except those who receive life sentences and aggravated life sentences)
Offenses against sexual immunity committed by children (TCK art. 102-105)
The crime of manufacturing and trading drugs or stimulants committed by children (TCK art. 188)
Those who have been imprisoned for establishing or managing an organization to commit a crime by children or for crimes committed within the framework of the organization’s activities
3/4 rate will continue to apply;
