The period of objection to execution follow-up starts from the date when the notification containing the payment order is received(notified) by the buyer. If the last day of the 7-day appeal period that is followed without a warrant falls on the weekend or any public holiday, the appeal period is considered extended to the first day after the weekend or public holiday.
If there is more than one debtor in the execution file, a debtor’s objection simply stops the follow-up on him. It doesn’t stop other borrowers from tracking. For this reason, each debtor who has an objection to the debt must submit his own objection.
