What is Deport?
A foreigner who has a decision to deport him to his own country, the country where he will go in transit, or a third country is allowed to leave.
A foreigner or his legal representative or lawyer who has received a deport decision about him will be notified of the deportation decision along with his legal grounds.
A foreigner or his legal representative or lawyer may apply to the administrative court authorized to look at this issue within fifteen days from the date of notification of the decision against the deportation decision.
Provided that the foreigner’s consent is reserved, the foreigner shall not be deported within the period of filing a lawsuit or until the trial is concluded if he applies to the judicial path.

Deport Inquiry
In case of suspicion that a foreigner is one of the persons who will not be allowed to enter our country, a detailed examination may be conducted by law enforcement agencies in relation to foreigners entering our country. During these procedures, the stranger’s condition is investigated and this check will finish the process in no more than four hours. This period does not include the time elapsed in judicial proceedings. If the four-hour period is exceeded, the stranger’s consent is sought. He/she can return to his/her foreign country within the scope of the wide control period and can also wait for the completion of the procedures related to admission to the country.
Foreigners who are determined to be among the persons who will not be allowed to enter our country are treated as unacceptable passengers and these foreigners are removed from our country by making the necessary notification and providing the necessary coordination with the carrier company for departure procedures.
Foreigners Who Will Not Be Allowed to Enter Our Country
