States have subjected foreigners who will travel to their countries using their national sovereignty powers to different visa regimes according to their nationality.

How to Get a Tourist Visa for Turkey?
Tourist Visa applications, as a rule, are received from the foreign representative office of the Republic of Turkey of the country of permanent residence of the foreigner. However, some citizens of the country can apply for a tourist visa electronically without actually going to a foreign representative office. In addition, in cases where the invitee states that he will bear all the costs of housing a foreigner, the applicant is not required to have sufficient financial order. In this case, the foreigner is not asked for a document stating that he has sufficient financial order. The document in question is issued by the inviting institution.
When applying for a tourist visa, a foreigner is asked for a document supporting the return. In particular, citizens of countries with an underdeveloped economy and a high unemployment rate come to Turkey on a tourist visa for the purpose of working informally. In order to prevent illegal immigration, official authorities require documents supporting repatriation.
