According to this article, the abuse of religious feelings and beliefs, the use of victimization of persons, the use of the weakness of physical characteristics of persons to commit fraud are evaluated within the scope of qualified fraud crime.
Unlike this, the crimes committed within public institutions and organizations that have consequences to the detriment of the institution are also evaluated within the scope of qualified fraud crime.
