According to this article, the abuse of religious feelings and beliefs, the use of people in their victimization, fraud by taking advantage of the weakness of people’s physical characteristics are considered within the scope of qualified fraud crimes.
In addition, crimes that have been committed within the framework of public institutions and organizations and have consequences to the detriment of the institution are also considered as qualified fraud crimes.
