Discretionary Mediation

Discretionary mediation: discretionary mediation is the fact that parties prefer to contact the mediator before filing a lawsuit to resolve the dispute, even though they do not have to go to the mediator. Parties may apply for discretionary mediation in relation to any private legal dispute they may save.
