Probation Law and Some Types of Crime Applied
Probation is a form of conditional release applied for a period of 1 year, as a rule, for crimes committed after 01.07.2016. Some types of crimes to which the probation law can be applied are listed as follows.
Offenses Against Assets:
Fraud Crime, Qualified Fraud Crime, Theft Crime, Purchase or Acceptance of Criminal Items, Looting Crime, Damage to Property, Abuse of Confidence, Use of Bonus Certificates, Unrequited Benefit (Illegal Electricity, Water etc.) Crime.
Crimes Against Life: Deliberately Killing a Person, Intentionally Injuring a Person, Negligently Killing a Person, Negligently Injuring a Person are counted.
Crimes Against Freedom: Threatening Offense, Algebra Crime, Blackmail Crime, Violation of the Inviolability of Housing Crime, Crime of Disturbing the Peace and Peace of Persons, Crime of Deprivation of Freedom.
Offenses Against Private Life and Honor: Offense of Insult, Crime of Violation of the Privacy of Private Life, Crime of Listening or Recording of Speeches, Crime of recording personal data, Crime of Violation of the Confidentiality of Communication, Crime of seizing, disseminating or giving personal data to others.
Crimes Against Public Trust and Courthouse: Forgery of Private Documents, Abuse of Public Signature, Forgery of Official Documents, Forgery of Money, Forgery of Seal, Slander, Breaking Seal (Fekki) Crime, Assumption of Crime, Making a Crime, Criminal. Nepotism, Perjury, Perjury, Not Reporting the Crime, Recording of Sounds or Videos, Destroying, Concealing or Changing the Evidence of Crime, Escaping the Convict and the Prisoner (Escape Crime).
