My client, Ahmet Haklı, had his debtor (bankrupt) Hasan Türkay (3,500,00) liras receivable from the bankruptcy desk recorded in the bankruptcy desk.
My client, who examined the list of orders that was announced to be given to the bankruptcy office on 13.02.2015, saw that his receivables were placed in the “third place”. However, IIK. art. According to 206, the receivable should be placed in the “first place”, not in the third place.
