1-) My client, after graduating from the Military Academy in …, served in the classroom in …-… years, in the garrison of … between …-…, in the garrison of … between … has been appointed. After completing his term of service in this garrison between the years …-…, he was appointed to the …. with the general assignments dated …/…/… of ….
2-) My client … has never served in the … Garrison in the region. At the exit of the region, he wanted to be appointed to one of the vacant posts in …, …, … which has a garrison.
3-) However, when the appointments of the P Captains (…), (…) and (…) who were traded with my client are considered, it will be seen that they served in garrisons with a much higher rank compared to my client and were appointed to the garrisons (…) with the last appointments.
