INSTRUCTIONS

3-) Undoubtedly, the precautionary foreclosure notices placed in this register before the precautionary notice is processed on the immovable property record constitute the provisions and results. However, if an injunction in favor of one party to the record has been processed and made public, and other restrictions have been processed despite the current comment, they will not be considered valuable. Because, according to the public disclosure principle of the title deed, it is accepted that the owners of the later commentaries have seen the previously submitted comment.
4-) The established practice of the Supreme Court of Cassation is also in this direction, and it is in the way that the comments made later will not be binding due to the comments made after the entry of the injunction into the deed. For all these reasons, there has been an obligation to open this case in order to remove the liens on the real estate belonging to our client.
