A person who buys, accepts or holds drugs or stimulants for use, or uses drugs or stimulants, is punishable by imprisonment from 2 to 5 years.
If the crime of possession of drugs for use is committed in public or public places within 200 meters of the boundaries established by the perimeter wall, wire mesh or similar obstacles or signs, such as schools, dormitories, hospitals, barracks or places of worship, as well as buildings and facilities that are massed for treatment, education, military and social purposes, if any, the penalty will be increased by half. In other words, the penalty for the crime in this case is a prison sentence of 3 years to 7.5 years.
