- Your Court, …/ … E. the board of directors of the union, which conducts an examination in the expropriation, price determination and registration case seen in its numbered file, has repeated the issues stated by the plaintiff in the lawsuit petition and taken them directly into its report.
- The report was written without adequate research and review and contains account errors. As such, the report does not reflect the truth. Therefore, it is not possible to have a basis for a court decision.
- In accordance with these reasons explained, the obligation to object to the expert report in question and request that a new expert board be examined and the report be received has been obtained as the defendant’s deputy.
Conclusion and Request: We respectfully request and request that a new expert board be examined and decided to receive a report upon the acceptance of our objection to the expert report as the defendant’s deputy for the reasons described above.
