- We have been very fondly married to Defendant B… in his history. The defendant declared to me that he was single when he was getting married, and I found out that he was married after he got married.
Since the defendant married me even though he was married in this way about TMK.in accordance with Articles 145 and ongoing, the opening of this cancellation case has become mandatory. Because it is forbidden that a married person cannot remarry until his marriage has ended, and it is clear that our marriage is absolutely invalid for this reason.
We do not have/have any joint children.
Conclusion and Request: I sincerely ask and request that for the reasons I explained above, it be decided that our marriage with the defendant will be annulled due to the absolute butlan rules in accordance with Article 145 of the TMK and its continuation, and that the costs will be taken from the defendant.
