HOW TO APPLY FOR PASSPORT
Passport application must be made in person, regardless of age. After depositing the passport fee online or in banks and making a passport appointment online or by phone, it is enough to go to the civil registry offices with your 2 biometric photos and your TR ID Card.
In the Population Directorates, first, biometric data transactions are provided, then biometric photos and signatures are requested. Previously, passports were issued from the General Directorate of Security. As of April 2, 2018, passport applications are made to the Population Directorates.
