GOOD SALES AGREEMENT

7.2. These promissory notes are bills of receivable, and if the BUYER fails to fulfill one of its obligations under this contract, the receivables in the promissory notes of the next date will be due and the SELLER may demand the full payment of the promissory notes from the BUYER, without waiting for the due date.
😎 TERMINATION AND TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
8.1. If the BUYER does not deliver the bills on the date specified in this contract, this contract will be terminated automatically. In this case, the SELLER may demand compensation for any loss from the BUYER.
8.2. If the SELLER does not fulfill its obligations arising from this contract on the dates specified in this contract, the BUYER may terminate the contract without giving any time. In this case, the BUYER may demand compensation for any loss from the SELLER.
8.3. This contract automatically terminates when all the obligations specified in this contract are fulfilled by the parties and the parties do not have any requests from the other.
9-) DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND AUTHORIZED AUTHORITY
