INSTRUCTIONS :
1-) The accused … ….. //…/…// on the way to our client’s school, he said that his father had an accident at work and was currently in the hospital, and that he would take him to the hospital with his father, that he was his father’s colleague, and that his father had already sent him.
2-) Our client is … …, yet … years old. Although he is not yet fifteen years old, he is not in a position to perceive the fact that he has been deceived with the anxiety that he will experience at that moment. For this reason, he believed what the defendant said and got into the defendant’s car, bleeding on the pretext of taking the defendant to the hospital.
3-) The defendant , ….. He parked the car in the ……. position of the province and locked the car and started to approach our client. Our client, despite constantly pushing and resisting the defendant, has never been able to get away with it. During the resistance, our client fainted by hitting his head on the glove compartment. Knowing this opportunity, the defendant has repeatedly sexually assaulted our client.
4-) A few hours after the incident, the defendant left our client in a semi-unconscious place near his house and before leaving, he grabbed my client’s throat and threatened to say that “IF he tells your mother or father about the incident, he will do ten times that, there is nothing else he has done, and he will also cut their throat”.
5-) Due to the fear and sadness experienced by our client, he did not tell his family about this for a long time, but this situation arose when his mother squeezed him one day.
6-) The defendant’s action against our client is 103 of the Turkish Criminal Code No. 5237. since it constitutes the crime specified in the article, it has become mandatory to file a complaint petition.
LEGAL REASONS : 5237 P. K. m. 103 and the relevant legislation.
