- The mentioned demands of the lessor who sent the said notice are without legal basis. Rental ..-.. the monthly net for the new lease period between the dates ….Dec…………, payable in the amount of 00 TL. However, the request in question is unfair, exorbitant and lacks legal basis.
- In the notice of the lessor, the reason for the request for an increase in the rental price is stated as the new urban regulations occurring in the vicinity of the council in question. With this bet, they also point out that the real estate in question is rented at a lower price than other real estate in the vicinity. However, these claims do not reflect the truth.
As is known, if the rental price is determined according to rights and generation according to the established Supreme Court practice, in the following periods, an increase in rent may be requested as much as the PPI (WPI) index rate, limited to 65% for three consecutive years, in accordance with the established Supreme Court practice.
