The adoptive families should be visited periodically by the ministry by the personnel employed within the framework of the ASDEP (Family Social Support Program), ensuring that visits are made at certain periods
Providing families with the option of a foster family instead of adoption due to the fact that the waiting time is longer within the framework of the adoption method
Lowering the limit that was previously 40 Dec for the adoptive person or spouses so that the age difference between the adoptive person and the adopted person will be 18
Obtaining their consent if the child has parents
Obtaining a permit from the guardianship offices for children under guardianship
The spouses who are going to adopt are both over the age of 30 and have completed five years of their marriage
If the minor has the ability to distinguish, his consent should also be obtained
People who are not married and want to adopt must be over the age of thirty.
