1…. in the history of the plaintiff, our client received a branded mobile phone from the defendant … for 1200 TL. After he realized that the phone he had bought was constantly turning off on its own, the defendant applied to the company and exercised his right to repair it. However, when the mobile phone in question showed the same malfunction after the repair, our client applied to the company again on its date and handed over the phone for repair.
2.As the defective mobile phone was not repaired and delivered to our client within the legal period, it has applied to the Provincial Arbitration Committee for Consumer Problems to use the right to refund the price and return from the contract. At the end of the review, the Consumer Issues Provincial Arbitration Committee, with its numbered and dated decision, justified our client’s request, with a phone price of 1200 TL.the plaintiff unanimously decided to extradite our client. The decision has been notified to the defendant company, but the defendant company has not made any payments to our plaintiff client. For this reason, the obligation to open this case has arisen in order to collect the price paid by the client.
