According to the 13th article of the Social Insurance and General Health Insurance Law No. 5510, work accident;
While the insured is at work,
If the insured works independently on his own behalf and account, due to the work carried out by the employer or due to his duty, out of the workplace due to the work or subject of work he is carrying out,
When the insured working for an employer is sent to another place outside the workplace as an employee, without performing his/her main job,
In the times reserved for breastfeeding woman insured to give milk to her child,
It is an event that occurs during the insured’s travel to and from the place where the work is done with a vehicle provided by the employer, and that immediately or later inflicts physical or mental disability on the insured.
Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 defined an occupational accident as “an event that occurs in the workplace or due to the conduct of the work, causing death or rendering bodily integrity mentally or physically disabled”.
