SUBJECT : Fuzuli consists of our request for evacuation due to the occupation.
REMARKS : 1- The defendant, whose property belongs to our plaintiff client and …. he lives as a tenant in the apartment located at his address with a written lease agreement with an initial date of TL for a monthly fee.
2- The defendant has rented the leasehold to …/…/… on the date of the lease agreement, even though there is a condition in the lease agreement that the leasehold cannot be transferred to someone else.
3- Upon this situation, the plaintiff client informed the defendant that he did not have his consent to this issue with a warning dated and numbered evmiye from the Notary’s Office and that the lease should be reinstated within a month.
4- However, since the defendant has not reinstated the lease despite this warning, the obligation to open this case has arisen.

CONCLUSION AND REQUEST: For the reasons described above, we respectfully and bilvekale offer and request that the decision be made to evict the tenant in which the defendant is living, and to burden the defendant with the costs of the trial.
