WHERE TO GET A WARRANTY OF HEALTH?
The most confusing issue for people who have lost a loved one and have to take official action is where to get the certificate of succession.
The certificate of inheritance, also known as the heir certificate, can be obtained from 2 different places.
The simplest is the notary. All my heirs are taken by a single person, by a petition, without having to leave, thanks to the population registration sample given to the notary public and the Turkish ID.
But; If there are heirs living abroad or foreign nationals, or if there is any dispute, the certificate of inheritance is given by the Magistrates’ Courts in such cases.
