Liability in traffic accidents
Article 82 – In order to ensure that traffic accidents that may occur on the highways are seized immediately, the dead and injured are transported or the injured are treated or the suspects are caught,
a) Drivers of vehicles passing or involved in the accident to take first aid measures at the accident scene, to inform the nearest police or health institution, and to take the injured to the nearest health institution upon the request of the authorities,
b) To keep the first aid materials in accordance with the determined standards available to the owners or operators of the intercity fuel stations at any time,
c) Owners and responsibilities of a repair shop, service station, garage; to inform the municipal police without delay and to record them in a book, when a vehicle that is known to have had an accident resulting in death or injury or has signs of crime arrives at its facilities,
They are mandatory.
