Termination of floor servitude:
Article 49 – The owner or co-owners of the land subject to the construction servitude can always terminate this easement by deleting the registration record of the construction servitude with a written statement to the land registry officer.
The construction servitude automatically ends when the land subject to this is completely destroyed or it becomes impossible to build on it or it is expropriated.
