EXPLANATIONS: 1-My client is a tradesman known and loved by many people in the city. He works on women’s clothing. She is a young and successful lady.
2-My client receives anonymous letters from people whose identity he does not know for a long time, and he is disturbed by both work and home phone calls. The person who calls my client, who is alone in his house, either makes a muffled sound or does not speak at all, and frightens my client.
3- We think that the anonymous person who made immoral offers to my client with the courage to live alone is the same person or persons who wrote the unsigned letters to my client.
4-My client has no peace at work or at home. For this reason, we request you to identify the person or persons who disturb my client by wiretapping the home, workplace and mobile phones given below and to file a lawsuit for their punishment.
