INSTRUCTIONS
1-) …/…/… as a result of the cadastral survey conducted on the date of the deed … the island was registered in the name of the immovable treasury, registered with the parcel number.
2-) My client … has been using this real estate for many years, and the team has been mowing this real estate next to his own field. The immovable property must be registered on my client in accordance with the provisions of the lucrative statute of limitations.
3-) For this reason, it has become mandatory to transfer the ownership of the said real estate to my client and file a lawsuit to cancel the determination made on behalf of the Treasury.
