INSTRUCTIONS
1- The defendant …/…/… in accordance with the lease agreement dated (ANNEX-1), a monthly rent of TL is paid for the immovable property in which my client’s property is located.
2- Since the rental price paid by the defendant is much lower than the precedents, the client informed the defendant tenant of his request to increase the rental price for the new rental period that began on the date of (ANNEX-2)/…/… with the notice on the date of /…/…, but the defendant did not agree to it.
3- In order for the monthly rental price to be determined in accordance with the fair prices taking into account the wholesale and subsistence indices and economic principles, and to request that it be increased to TL, we were obliged to apply to your Honor’s Court.
