SUMMARY: The defendant offered to commit suicide together with the victim and asked him to bring the drugs that would be used to commit suicide. After the accused and the victim drank the drugs together, they were returned to life as a result of the treatment. The defendant should be punished for the crime of directing him to suicide.

The 31-year-old defendant B, who is married and has two children, is married. with 16-year-old victim K.after their parents disapproved of their friendship, B.on 11.03.2010, K.”are you ready for anything with me”” K.after he answered “yes” , this time he asked the hospital to bring him a drug that would kill the victim, on 12.03.2010, K.B. Leaving school by taking 4 boxes of medication from home. B. On 14.03.2010, when he met with him, they went together from Mersin to Erdemli, stayed here in a hostel.in K.’he asked if he had brought the drugs, K.after he said that he had brought it, they shared the drugs, first K.that he started drinking, B.in the event that he also drank the drugs, went to the hospital after a while and was brought back to life as a result of treatment, he was accused of committing suicide.jul. It is understood that he offered and brought the drugs used in the suicide to the victim at the request of the accused by providing them with, a decision to acquit the accused in writing, without considering that he should be punished for the crime of directing suicide that matches his action,
CONCLUSION: It was unanimously decided on 04.12.2013 that the decision should be overturned like the opinion in the communiqué by accepting the appeals of the Public Prosecutor as of this date, requiring a violation
