1- Since my client wanted to change his gender, we had previously obtained permission with the court decision of the Erzincan Civil Court of First Instance dated …/…/… and numbered 2007/… Esas Amendment Business, 2007/… Decision Altered Business.
2- After getting permission from the court, my client had surgery. Thus, her gender was physically changed. The Health Board Report is attached. It has become necessary to file this lawsuit for the registration of gender reassignment to the civil registry.
