According to the Turkish Criminal Code, effective provisions of regret are used in two ways.
The first method is that the suspect receives a reduced sentence , ensuring that the crime occurs by notifying the competent authorities of his accomplices at the stages of Investigation or prosecution, who is involved in this crime, who is involved in it, and those involved in the crime are punished.
The second method is that if the damage suffered by the victim due to the crime committed against the victim is resolved and the judicial units are notified that this damage has been resolved, the defendant receives a penalty reduction using effective provisions of remorse.
