In the offence of withdrawing without increasing for the purpose of providing benefit, the person who does not participate in the increase or withdraws from the increase in exchange for the promise to provide benefit or benefit to himself or anyone else in the tenders shall be punished. The follow-up of the crime depends on the complaint and a complaint must be made by the creditor, debtor or related third parties. The court in charge of these enforcement offences is the Enforcement Criminal Court, and these matters cannot be combined with criminal proceedings in other courts. The competent court in respect of crime is the court to which the execution office where the execution is followed.
